Trying to decide if I should do bronze wheels on my 3rd gen MGM TRD OR. Any pics or suggestions. So far I'm looking at Ray 10s or Method NV. Yes, I have done tons of searching before posting this trash.

Here's mine with my Method NV's. I was skeptical of any wheel that wasn't black but am super happy with my decision.

Both great choices. I went with Ray10 but had the rivets done in black instead of metal finish.

Would you be able to tell me which offset your wheels are? They have the perfect dish (concavity) to them. Love the way these look.

I know these are 17s, but not sure if they are the:
    • 17x8.5" | 0 offset
    • 17x8.5" | -6 offset
    • 17x9.0" | -12 offset <-- I *think* these are the ones you have but....
Been searching all your posts trying to figure it out without having to ask but would appreciate any insight.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-3rd-gen-today.399305/page-2771#post-15139975

Also (now I'm being pushy!) how far out do they stick? As far as I can tell, they stick out past the fenders by 0.5" to 1.0" but I'm really just guessing...

I just got your message. I'm out of town until tomorrow but I will double check to see all the information I can get.
I can't remember the width of the wheels, I just took the guy's advice behind the counter at Les Schwab. There's a specific Les Schwab in my area where they are really good at this stuff. It was a little further away from where I live but it was worth the drive, everything they did was perfect. I'll let you know!

    Hey Ted!
My wheels are 17x9 fuel Vector Wheels, D600 finish.
They never mentioned the backspacing to me but the product code for Les Schwab was 667867.
I went to Fuels website and they have two different 17x9 fuel vectors listed. They are for different lug spacing but both of them have an -12 offset so I think that's all that's available in a 17x9, as you previously mentioned.

I've attached a couple pictures of how far they stick out, I measured it and it's about 1.5 inches. The actual tread itself only sticks out about half that far but I'm including the bulge in the sidewall. It was exactly how I wanted it, perfect to me.

I've put on the WeatherTech mud flaps and they work great. I got a heat gun and sort of molded the front ones back a little bit but they only rub for the most part in reverse at a specific part of a turn when hitting a bump.... and it's very insignificant.

I think I answered all your questions but let me know if you have any more :)

Thank you!! Thank you!! This information is exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate you going out to Fuel's site and doing some legwork on this. I really didn't expect that when I asked - I was hoping you knew off the top of your head, so thanks for putting some effort into it.

The additional pics are awesome. Really helps make up my mind about that offset.

I have a 2014 Baja and have never really liked the stock Baja wheels. I've been tossing around the Method NVs, the SCS Ray10s, etc. Love the SCS wheels a ton but they're impossible to get it seems. I don't get the monthly "iPhone release" sales model. I've always love the Method NV but when I found the Fuel Vectors, I knew that was the wheel.

Again - thanks so much. Sorry for the delay in posting this - was out of town on business.
