Engage Offroad long travel front and rear with some fat tires.
my first lift was a Daystar coil spacer lift...

it was a lil bouncy as the spacers are poly, but then the spacers seemed to compress after 10,000 miles and the ride got stiff on road... offroad, it was a really bad ride...

the rear shackles flattened out my stock leaf packs pretty quick and within 7,000 miles, the leafs were at negative arch...

New Pioneer stereo, and all 4 speakers with Infinity components. Sirius satellite radio. Deckplate mod done. Door buzzer silenced forever thank God, tinted windows, vent visors, hood protector(bug guard), ceramic pads and new rotors, dechromed EVERYTHING. 2" Lift front 3" rear. Skyjacker AAL's and replacement leafs(and front spacers) from Fatbobsgarage.com. Skyjacker 7000 Hydro rear shocks, those Bilstein 5100 fronts are coming soon!
I was told the same about longer shackles, it will flatten out the leafs more than they already are. I put in my Skyjacker AAL, and my pro comp front spacer, the ride only changed as far as it is no longer mushy. It rides great with AAL's and a top mount spacer. I have 3" front and rear lift, no negative issues. I also read the internal spacers were a bad idea. I paid $100 for my AAL's, and $70 for my front spacer.
