    I am guessing yes...but my brother has them in Virginia...so I don't officially know.

    If it opens a valve it could be old school fuel pump handle that farmers used but that one is not complete. That's my 2.5 cents worth from left field.

    I would say it's an old gas pump nozzle but it doesn't look similar to any of the ones I found online. Then I thought it may be part of the head of a old well but the shape throws that off. The flat bend is what throws me off. I'd have to examine it in person to figure out a better starting point. In the meantime I'm gonna send the pictures to my father in law. He knows everything.
