Hi all, I have an 18 DCSB Sport with Firestone Destination LE2 tires but I've noticed that most forum members have a different tire. What gives? Only reason I'm asking is bc the dealer I bought it from kinda sucks.

My truck came with the Toyos. The spare tire is a Firestone.

All sports in 2017 and maybe 2016 came with Toyo’s (AT3 I think). Not sure about the new ones. The off roads came with wranglers.

Thanks guys! I just wanted to ask since I would not be surprised if my dealer switched them out after calling back to ask for $500 back and not producing a second key they owe me! Im not paranoid, i swear!!

Mine came with Firestone le2s. Some came with Toyo A30s, I think they are lower grade version of the Toyo HTs.

All Offroads and Pro's come with Goodyear Wrangler A/T

Seems like TRD Sport 17's can come with Toyo A30's (crap) or Firestone Destination LE2.

Lots of people on forums like this are enthusiasts and will sell the factory tires and buy new sets. I sold my Wranglers for 400$ and bought Duratracs.

The 2016 Sport that I had came with Toyo A30 tires. The Sports usually come with either the A30 or the Firestone Destination LE2. If you have the Firestones, I wouldn’t try to trade for the Toyos. Mine were pretty terrible. Traction was no good on dirt or pavement and always felt like they were hydroplaning on wet roads. They had 30,000 miles when I traded and they already needed to be replaced.

I have the Open Country on my 2018 Sport. Haven't had any issues with them at all so far. Pretty good in snow/ice, handle fine on highway and in rain. Played a little in the sand pits last month, and kept right up with a Tundra that had BF ATs on it. I know after about 5k miles, they're gonna go to shit quickly, but already getting ready to order new tires for it. When deep snow finally hits here in Maine, I want to be prepared to go play in it, and not quite sure how these will handle after an 18" snow storm.

My 2016 came with Firestones. Worst, sorriest tire I ever had on a truck. Even for on-pavement performance they are sketchy as hell. I threw them away with less than 15k miles on them, and bought a set of wildpeak at3w's instead.

I didn't even look at the tires on my 2018 so I don't recall. I asked for a wheel swap during trade, I'd rather have a set of worn falkens than either Firestone or Toyo factory street tire that they come with.

Mine came with the Toto A30s and I hated them anywhere except on the pavement.
I swapped those for a set of Toyo AT-2s which I like a LOT more. Still a smooth highway ride, but much better traction off-road.
