Does it have cupholders?

As some of you may know by now, the cupholders are an issue that have plagued Tacomas almost as much as frame rust.

Will there be enough? Are they changed from the last generation? Did the geniuses put them in front of the A/C vents again?

Is there a TRD convenience cupholder package?

 

Ya the two in the front console 1 by the shifter 2 behind the armrest and 2 in every door for a total of 13 isn't enough

I know I do

I have a total of four. Two in front of the A/C vents, two behind the passnager seat, one of which is actually too small for cups to fit into and i have no idea what the hell its for

 

The two in every door dont even count, I can't fit my extra large american fountain drinks that are illegal in New York in those.

pfft, that was standard 20 years ago. 1st gens again come out on top

For cupholders, just because its for a baby seat doesnt mean they dont count. The big one is, the little one might be made to hold italian suasage?

 

I already have something to hold my sausage. (ba-dum kish!)

Need to have a hands-free cupholder. We can't have our phones in our hands anymore while we drive, and eating or drinking (non-alcoholic) while driving also means we have to take a hand off the wheel. Are extra-long curly straws the answer? Special Toyota Camelbaks? Gyroscopic food troughs that attach to the steering wheel?

If Toyota doesn't development them, I bet we'll see them at SEMA.

Automatic Problems

 

It'd be nice if I can fit something other than a can of soda in the one behind the shifter. A standard 20oz bottle won't fit.

 

2nd gen manuals have different *better located* cupholders
