Did Toyota fix the infamous Tacoma lean?

Not nit-picking, just curious. FYI, my Pro has the lean.

I can't talk for the OR or Pro, but my Sport does not lean unless you really push it, then just a bit. It corners pretty flat. It feels like a truck/sports car in the handling department IMHO. I love it!

Mine leans a little bit, doesn't really bother me. I just find it to be a quirk of a 'yota.

    all tore up already
The 16+ has different front springs side to side. They are paint marked. Think there are something like 16 different oe part numbers for front springs on 3rd gen taco. The lean comes from aftermarket springs not being side specific to account for driver and fuel tank on one side so companies like toytec make a spacer to correct this lean. My rear always has leaned a hair though and the rear springs are not side specific to my knowlege

Just a few of the springs for the front of a 3rd gen

I added a 1/4" spacer for the lean on my 17' so yeah id say the taco lean still lingers.

Mine also leans with full tank of gas, 100% stock. But my 1st gen Tundra doesn't and it's almost identical in size and weight to the 3rd gen Tacoma and with a bigger tank in the same place. So I would assume similar spring weight.

1 3/16" at the rear with full tank of gas, 100% OEM, did not appear to lean when purchased. Only after TSB for driveline when rear leafs were replaced. Was told to measure at a 1/4 tank of gas and report back to dealer. I usually fill up @ 1/4 tank.
