    1/4 tank of gas measurements. At the dealer they measure from the bottom of the rim to the bottom of the fender guard, flare, whatever. Center of the wheel, straight up on level surface. Bounce the truck above the hitch mount on the bumper several times to level the suspension.

    Wouldn't surprise me if the wrong spring setup was installed with all the other factory snafu's
