    Requires more skill to drive a short bed. Because it turns tighter. You got be aware of where rear tires are at all times.

    Short beds don't need to give the appearance of being big.

    its 1 ft longer...1 ft (12 inches)...its not going from a mini cooper to an 18 wheeler.

    I also have a pic somewhere with the bed full of a stack of 8' 2x4s and 4x8 sheets of siding when I was building a storage shed.
    Softopper full to the top, and a few things in the roof basket.
    Wheeling in a DCSB, so easy, my wife can do it! :rofl:

    considering the long bed double cabs never came with the option of a standard transmission, id say it takes less skill to drive one. DCSB or ACLB FTW.
