Hi, i have a 2008 off road... when was traction control standard on these trucks? I have no VCS dash lights or buttons on the lower left on mine. My 08 owners manual has a section on it, and it doesn't say "if equipped". Frankly, i've always been glad, and thought mine doesn't have... seems like it has a lot of issues on its own. thanks for any info, bob

If your truck doesn't have the traction control off button you don't have it.
VSC and traction control were optional until 09 when it became standard.

You should have a rear locker though.

Is it a OR due to a sticker or one in actuality?

funny thread; even after spinning out at 1.5k rpm on dry land (don't ask), my friend still thought my truck had traction control but this def settled the debate
