It's soo easy ..caveman! It's harder trying to find your tools even if you know where they are.

Ok well if not - safe to take it off if you don't like it. Cuz that's about the only reasons it's there.

Awesome! It's hard to find fun roads around here... if you're in the northeast, head for Weston Missouri! That's a fun place to zip around.

Very easy, just a 10mm socket and a few minutes and it's off! I think there was something like 10 bolts? Two on the left and right on the underside of the air dam and the rest on the front side.

Being in Colorado is fun, getting there across western Kansas and eastern CO is not fun... Lots of drag at 75-80 and some hills and wind make for pretty abysmal milage. I averaged around 15 something on the way there this summer. Though I could hit as high as 25 going up and down the mountains. My Camaro SS on the other hand can go 80 all day long and still pull north of 20MPG with a 5.7L V8 under its hood, and it's only a 4 speed. It has pretty good aero though.

I'll fill up my tank tomorrow and see if I can tell any difference whatsoever. I doubt I will without a controlled loop test during the same day with minimal traffic, but hey at least it looks a little meaner. Too bad the hood scoop doesn't do anything from a functional standpoint, at least I have one car with a real one.

Isn't that the truth! Especially for a sports car. My Camaro is best in a straight line anyway and pulls like a freight train so I'm good there. But my dad has a 2015 Mustang that is a corner beast, but there's no corners here. Haha. Best thing around me is called Thunder road over by Augusta. Fun little drive when nobody is around. You can take those corners at 80-90 and it'll push you into your seat. Drove it to MO last summer and it was a blast down there!

There's plenty of random dirt/mud roads around here to plow through in the Tacoma however. I do have fun with those :)

I KNOW Thunder road! I grew up in Derby and my dentist was in Augusta. So I always took 47th over to Tunder road to my appointments. Believe it or not it's actually faster than going up to Kellogg and over.

Thanks! Waiting to go to dinner and didn't want to have to crawl around on the ground before. Took about 2 min

Suggestion to those taking it off, put the screws back in with the clasp nuts so if you want to put it back on for any reason the screws are still in place

-1 mpg out of 20 is -5%. If you found out tomorrow your pay was being cut by 5% I suspect it would not be dismissed as lightly.

Also, in support of Nitori's comments, aerodynamically round is one of the worst shapes...

When you go, take 435 north from Legends and, a mile or two over the boarder into Missouri, you'll have a turn off for highway 45. Take it and head northwest for Weston... that's your funnest route! Just past Weston bend state Park you'll come to a 4 way stop with a light that looks like you're in the middle of nowhere. Take a left onto NW Co Rd Jj and that'll take you right into Weston!

While you're there go to O'Malley's Irish Pub, which is at the Weston Brewing Company, 500 Welt Street. Their bar is in a cellar 66ft below ground...20160312_152227.jpgYes, the staircase on thr right begins the six storey climb out of the place...

That loss can easily be reclaimed by simple changes in driving habits.

    I understand.
