I was under the impression I was buying a 3" front and 1" back for my Pro Comp kit. But the front looks like it is only about a 1.5" maybe 2"? I was told that the coils being compressed raise it the other 1.5". Is this BS or what? Thanks in advance

The shock is near the midpoint of the suspension (like a fulcrum under a see saw). Therefore if the spacer is 1.5" thick, it will raise the truck around 3 inches.

Not sure what you bought, but my Pro Comp Level Lift is a top spacer that will rise the front by 2.25" and level the truck. it's not a pre-load spacer (spacer inside the coil-over compressing the spring).

This spacer is very easy to install and remove if you're not satisfied, bear in mind that alignment is necessary every time you mess with the suspension or your tires will wear badly.

The Pro Comp spacer is exacly the same as the Ready Lift spacer but with longer and beefier welds around and a heavier powder coating, I know since I looked at both side by side.

I used mine for 20k and it worked great and as it was intended for, now is off and truck is back to stock, but soon stock will be gone and..............

sounds fishy to me. if its a pro comp leveling kit, i only got approx 2.5" out of mine, exactly what it was supposed to do.

the taco only requires a dinky spacer up front to actually level it, if you put a 3" spacer in the front it will look like a ridiculous baja truck and the ass will be seriously squatted.
