Does the Prerunner and 4x4 use the same size U-joints?

All the parts stores list U-joints for Prerunners/2wd 2005+ Tacomas and nothing for 4x4's. They even list U-joints with zerk fittings for Prerunners/2wd's.

All I know the difference between a Prerunner and 4x4 driveshaft is the 4x4 has zerk fittings and a flange at the transmission. But I don't know if the U-joints are the same dimensionally.

I was wondering if I can just use a Prerunner U-joint with a zerk fitting the parts store has if it is indeed the same size.
