IIRC, manual op of the slide there is a crank mounted in the front storage. Remove a panel at floor level under the sink, four Phillips screws, there's an easy to see hex nut, think it's 17mm.

On the other forum I looked at there was one model that they mentioned where you had to disconnect the actuator and physically push the slide in from the outside. They actually said once you knew how to do it, it was easier than the crank method, but without the instructions they would never have known how to do it, lol.

So far just a tailgate light bar and replaced the backup lights with LEDsl Eventually I'd like to put a topper on it but not many options out there yet. I'm leaning towards a Hi-rise type just for the room. But then again it would be nice to keep the truck in the garage :)
Is 12VDC always available at the trailer connector or is it switched??? Looking for an electrical diagram now. As it stands I have NO 12VDC present.

The 12 volt is powered by the Battery Charge Relay. The relay is switched with ignition.

I got things figured out. I had two broken wires in the wiring harness to the trailer connector outlet. Black and yellow both (cut???).

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
As long as nothing is drawing from the trailer battery. No refrigerator, no nothing. Somewhere 2005-6 Toyota reengineered the charging systems. The “smart” or variable voltage alternator will not keep up with any amp draw. My 2003 Tacoma would freeze up my refrigerator in my T@b trailer within miles. My 2919 won’t provide enough amps to keep the trailer battery from discharge on a 8 hour drive.
