Does this button light up when pushed?

The other day on a whim I pushed the traction control button and it never lit up like the others. Is it supposed to? Does yours? I only have about 3k miles on my truck so far so it's a warranty thing if it is supposed to but I don't want to look silly and waste my time taking it in only to find out that it is not implemented on my model or something...

 

Did it light up on your dash cluster?

Edit: Just went out and checked my truck. Button does not illuminate.

 

The button lights up when you have dash lights on, it does not light up when you push it though, just a indicator on the cluster will light up.

To add to this, there are a few switches that light up when you push them, but you can tell those ones as they will have small clear square above the symbol. The small clear square usually lights up orange, or green. Those are the only switches that will light up when pushed.

I think the inverter, and the QI wireless charger are the only 2 that do this.

 

Awesome, thanks for checking, I appreciate all of your time folks! I would rather they all light up TBH since it looks like they have transparent graphics and could easily do that. This way it means you have to look for the button and then look to the dash to verify instead of just seeing it light up with peripheral vision. Guess if I *really* cared I'd just replace all of the buttons, huh? A future project

 

The button does light up, thats what the transparent text is for, but it only lights up with the headlights on, and it doesnt light up any further when you push it.

It looks like this when you have your headlights on. The 4 switches to the right side do light up when you push them, they are aftermarket switches. The text lights up with the headlights, and when you push them the icons light up (more than the light bleed from the text LED)
