    as for the house....im pretty sure we are gonna get it.....but we still have to unload the condo.......which is apparently not wanted by anyone. we are tryin tho......if it comesdown to it....we may rent it out............sucks cause we'd rather sell and be done with it,but not sure if that'll happen or not.

    If you can rent it, that could be good. You will still own the real estate and can seel it when the market is better. The only problem is dealing with potentially shitty renters.

    very true.

    yeah.......the bad part though is how old the furnace and the ac unit are........not long left on them, and have seen my share of shitty renters before. if we have to rent...hopefully we can find someone that will pay on time and wont trash the place. hoping for a sell more than anything tho.
