I'm changing wheels and tires, putting on 17 in Methods and Falken AT3s. I typically get a good deal from Discount Tire, especially when buying multiple sets (also buying Falkens for my Audi Q5).

Recently moved from Nashville TN to Chicago, and the guy up here is not dealing. This seems high for tires, especially given that I'm buying two sets. Am I wrong? Thanks for the help.

Looks like he is charging labor 2 times. That’s really high.

That’s not high in west Tennessee. 4 tires?

Says he's charging labor for moving the sensors over to the new wheels.

No way I would pay $168 in labor to swap sensors and install tires. That’s crazy for 20 minutes of work.

they charged labor twice. also $12 tire disposal if that helps. pretty sure u kept your stock tires since its off a 2018. you'd be better off selling the stockers than giving it to them for disposal.

Good catch on the disposal, definitely keeping the tires. That said, the first labor charge is for changing the tires. The second labor charge is for swapping the censors.
