Does it switch on and off with injector modes?

It does sound worse than usual but its hard to say.

    Oil level good?

It’s not oil but there is liquid in all those little squares around the air filter and the top plastic cover looks greasy their isn’t a coolant leak because I had a pressure test done.

Was everything Clean when you bought it or could this be an accumulation of things over the past 6 or so years?

i'll see if i have this straight.
you posted (in another thread) typical noisey clacking but with extra clinking after it warmed up (2 videos).
you said they would change vacuum pump. then you posted this thread after the pump was changed.
i think what you posted in the first thread did not sound right but what you posted in this thread seems a lot closer
to what i hear in my 2018 sr5 (though it still hurts me to hear it) and sounds more like the cold engine video.

as far as the leak: ignoring the yellow gunk on the frame (mud/minor rust?), are you talking about the clear/darker stain?
and does that seem to be what is on your air filter? if things are spraying, i'd bring it back to shop and ask WTF.
remember, our oil is real thin and power steering fluid also comes to mind.
    ...and coolant would be pink.

but as far as the vac pump fixing the clinking, i think it did change something and closer to normal now.

edit: understandable this feels real bad but if the vac pump cured a problem, and the shop returned it with something spraying - they ought to fix it up pretty easily and you are good to go...may not be as bad as it feels right now.

It doesn’t sound any better than it did before the vacuum pump was replaced. I’m sorry you are going through this but I would take it back to the Chevy dealer and express your concerns.

    1. before vac pump replace (cold): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzWJ7TaYdTw
    2. after vac pump replace (cold or warm?): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZPUvxu0arA

i think i hear a difference...but it is subtle and may not be real re placement of camera.
    (2) sounds close to mine and what i have heard from others posting with the usual "is this normal" first post.

OP just posted another video as i was writing this....and that one sounds normal again. videos from different vantage points are making internet diagnosis, reliable as it is, difficult. :)

i'd deal with the leak right now.
edit: your newest video sounds very normal. these are noisey trucks. but again, internet diagnosis....maybe take it to a toyota dealer and ask if you could hear one of their trucks and A/B it with yours.

Also, maybe this could be the issue.. So if I press the gas pedal and let go, there’s a hissing sound. If I turn the steering wheel, it makes the same hissing sound… Keep in mind this is in park

But I have to turn the steering wheel fast and it makes it hissing sound… Same exact hissing sound when you press and let go of the gas.

and yes, the power steering fluid is full.

Yes the sound is normal, my 2023 SR5 has exact same sound since brand new, its like diesel truck. The leak is definitely not normal and not sure about hissing.
