    update! got the truck back. They did the wheel bearing for $500. Did the brakes earlier today. Pleased with how simple it was. both caliper bolts on the drivers side were basically welded on there. Jersey roads with all the salt is my guess of a culprit. Need to order parts that the parts store didn't have. What CV axles would you guys recommend? also need to solve the UCA ball joint issue. Don't think I'm going to be touching the tie rods... Also don't have much time to work on it till next week, so i can wait on parts. Would love suggestions on UCA's and CV's. Shop told me to call light racing about the upper control arms.

    And yes, i understand i could have saved with the wheel bearing, but when i called they had already had it apart. My loss.

    With pressing the old bearings out and the new ones in, $500 isn't terrible. I got my CV from cvj axles. They remanufacture oem axles, you buy one and then send your old one back as a core. Their site is http://cvjreman.com, a lot of people on here have had good luck with them.
