i am interested in renting or perhaps purchasing (if no rents available)
a lift to safely work under my Tacoma on my knees but preferably on my feet to reduce knee strain
i have been looking at a 4 post for ease of access in doing semi-hazardous work DIY on my tired old Taco

would definitely like a portable one (outdoors preferred) because as of now I would not necessarily need it once the job is completed, several months estimated, but perhaps a shorter duration if i don't have to lie cramped and curled up on the ground underneath

if i need to try and squeeze one into the garage i can possibly look into it

what is my best course of action

Why would any shop rent you a whole vehicle lift? You do realize that toytec is a suspension lift company right?

Do you, or do you know anyone with military installation access? Most bases have auto skills centers with lifts for rent @$5/hour.
