Does your engine ever act like you lifted off the throttle a bit but you didn't move your foot? 2.7L

I particularly notice it when in low range cruising along a trail. I'll feel mild deceleration like I just lifted my foot slightly when I know I didn't. Happens with AC on and off, isn't AC compressor compensation. Not causing any problems just wondering if I'm alone here.

There are plenty of times when I am cruising, then I push the gas pedal to the floor and nothing happens. That's why I trade it in for a V6.

:D when I had my 2015 AC 2.7L 4x4 manual, in 4 lo, it was a bit jumpy sometimes when cruising in 1st gear. I assumed it the electronic throttle doing that. I don't think my 16 DCSB 4x4 auto does it tho.

My 4 cyl 5 spd does the opposite thing where you push the clutch in to coast or shift and it takes a coupla seconds to idle down from your cruising rpm instead of falling off to 1k immediately. No, not floormat issue. No, not foot still on gas. No, does it with or without cc being on.

Check your brake pedal switch, needs adjusted. Move it closer to the pedal. My 6cyl/6spd was doing the same thing. Felt like you lifted your foot off the gas. And my brake lights would stay on
