After years of parking my STi in the garage, I just got tired of parking in there. But I only drove the STi 3-4 times a month so it wasn't bad, but the Tacoma is my only vehicle at the moment so it's a pain to park it inside just to drive it again a few hrs later and it just barely fits too.

My truck has not once spent a night in a garge or indoors.

As a result, the paint on the hood and roof has been completely ruined, but nothing a little bedliner can't fix!

mine spent almost 4 years outside in the NM desert sun. Just recently I moved to a place that has a carport so no more waxing the truck 5 times a year in an attempt to keep the paint nice.

You need to get just a little closer to the wall.

    Just a little.

For the very first time in my life, yes, I have a garage. It's everything I thought it could be.

It's a garage within a garage under my apartment building with its own private doors. Enough room for my truck, tools, a bunch of junk, and space to wrench when I need to. I pay a bit more rent to have it, but it's worth it IMHO. We also have a nearby underground stall (this one's free with our apt rental) that my wife parks her FJ in. Works out well. :D

Just to head this question off at the pass - that's a paint stain of some sort in front of the door, I know it looks like an ass explosion, but it's not... At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Hell yes. My truck is the most expensive thing I own. I'm not going to let it sit outside so the sun can beat on it during the day and asshole thieves can get to it during the night.

Mine sits outside..my brother gets the carport. Apparently his POS chevy is more important than my yota and my Dad's 08 F250.

It barely fits, but I always garage it. I'm just happy I don't have a DCLB or it would always be outside. :(

Bought a house a few months back with a 2 car garage - a spot for the wife and one for thw Taco. Also park in a parking garage at work. So the Taco is literally only outside when I'm traveling in it. Couldn't be happier!

This is not a garage. It's a bunker. Now that's a heavy duty place to park. Badass for apts/condos. I'd pay extra for that too. I'd pay for 2 of them if they'd allow it. Nice!
