Goodness - I can imagine your frustration and pain. I would immediately do a necropsy. You can find the nearest location by doing a quick search. This will give you needed information as to 'what' - then the next steps will be determined by the findings.

So Sorry to hear. I cant even imagine. My parents had an issue with their Maltese after a week long kennel stay. Couldn't pin point it to that but he wasn't the same after that and passed away the next year at 11.

Now with my dog if my parents cant watch her and i cant take her i just don't go. Sorry for your loss and hope you get some answers.

9 weeks old. Been posting his ears past two weeks, going well so far. Tape him up for 5 days, air it out 1/2 day and re tape.

Oh my friend, you will fall in love with that dog. Dobe’s are IMO one of the most unique and wonderful dogs on the planet - even though posting those ears will test your patience (if he has a tendency to work ‘em loose).

    Enjoy!

It’s been love at first site. The breeder who is local offered any assistance now or in the future for this pup. The breeder takes an interest in how the Doberman is progressing. At 5-6 months old I’ll be starting obedience training. They love work, they live to please their owners. They are wonderful protection dogs, just as they wonderful family dog.

This is Elva with my 2nd Gen a few years ago. I have a black 3rd Gen now but no pics of Elva on or in it....will add one soon. She's a little older and whiter now but still a great dog. 90LB American Bulldog / Pitbull mix. The mix is 75% AB / 25% PB - Called a Colorado Bulldog

No, if it's less than 50lbs it's a cat ... or training bait.

Disagreed. My little girl is very much a dog at 42lbs, and a fast one at that!

With a case of beer on her back, yeah, definitely a dog. That'd be over 50lbs, see.

I make fun of our 87lb golden-collie for being the runt of our pack.

    I don't make these rules.
