The other 5 looked good but I imagine this one needs replacing. The hole that it came out of has the same brown lining it. What do I need to do besides replacing the coil? Wipeout? Polish the hole(refrain from snickering please)?

Looks like the plug may have not been tight or was leaking slightly, there's probably nothing wrong with the coil although you may need to replace the boot.
I wouldn't throw that old coil away, it will probably still outlive that aftermarket one.

You can wipe out the hole but I wouldn't worry about it too much, as long as there's no oil in the tubes your fine.
