Hey everyone, new member here. Recently bought this 1996 3.4 and I'm doing the timing belt. I found that the water pump was leaking heavily from the gasket. As you can see in the picture, a lot of coolant is caked on top of the oil pump. When I took the tensioner pulley bolt out it smelled kinda like burnt oil (that bolt appears to go in to the oil pump housing). Should I be concerned about the condition of my oil pump? Has that old coolant been corroding the oil pump gasket? Wondering if I should replace it if I'm in this deep already. I am planning to replace crank seal. Thanks for any input

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
the tensioner pulley bolt goes through to the inside of the engine. you're smelling whats inside the motor.. oil pump reseal likely is not needed

Thanks for the advice. Cleaned everything off and looks like oil pump RTV seal or whatevers there is still good enough
