    First post...be gentle!

Have reviewed the thread regarding the "sealed" automatic transmission drain and fill. Drain and overflow plugs easy enough to find. Getting into A/T check mode doable. My issues: Fill plug remains elusive and I have the tow package with cooler do I do anything special in this case? Any input/advice/pic appreciated.

Found the fill plug...now do I need to do anything with the bypass on the transmission cooler (if I have one?). On a video by the Car Care Nut he shows a bypass plunger, and states that this needs to be depressed during the process but I don't seem to have one in that location he shows. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks so much!

Okay just rewatched the Car Care nut video, cooler bypass plunger is not applicable to a Tacoma (Tundra, Lexus, Sequoia with external xsmsn cooler only)

Time to give it a go this weekend...:muscleflexing:

Update: job accomplished...drained 2 qts, added 2 1/2 - no overflow! Repeated process after adding another 1/2 qt then got about 8 ozs from overflow when at at proper temp. Only touched hot cat twice before I threw my welding glove over it o_O
