^ What he said. I've done this before and freaked myself out. Thought I blew something because I had just done an LED swap.
    Check your overhead console switch

There are 2 ways to turn on dome lights:

    1. Check the buttons next to your crawl control - make sure it either a.) ON or b.) Door
    2. If #1 is A or B, dome lights should work (switch dome lights to ON)

If none of the above work. Time to get use out of that warranty and go visit the dealership.

I had the same issue in my first Tacoma and it magically started working again on its own. Would definitely take it to the dealership for warranty work tho.

Don’t trust the visible state of the fuse. It can be blown and look fine. Switch it out with another or replace just to see if that fixes it.

Just the dome lights? All 3 of them? Do you have anything aftermarket at all as far as electrical/roof racks are concerned?

Just an FYI, all dome lights are controlled off the center overhead console. If that is bad or unplugged, no dome lights in the truck will work so I'm suspecting something is wrong with that switch or the console PCB circuit.
