im not a fan of the icon stuff. I may get the fox 2.5 rears. they extend to 25". shock will be my limiting factor, but i won't be topping out when going over bumps like regular length will. I have the 27" RCD 5100s now, and the droop is massive, but the up travel sucks. i bottom out all the time. and its impossible to high lift the side of my truck and get the back wheel off the ground. lol. the 25" fox 2.5 will be somewhere in between. more up travel but less down.

The new Dakar heavy duty pack, is the redesigned Standard pack that was available at the beginning of the year. Standard pack that was available at the beginning of the year One of the vendors wrote that the differences were redesign spring clamp, Teflon shims at the end of each leaf, Teflon shams in between each leaf . The new light duty pack is 15 mm lower, they did this by taking out the thirdly from the top but are still charging the same price

do you know your measurement from eye to eye when the truck is sitting normally? and what kind of weight do you have in the truck?
you said you have the heavy duty pack with the extra AAL? you must be carrying a lot of weight

I can check that tonight to confirm but I think it's 23" at static ride height with no load.

At the moment I only have a hi-lift and an axe and shovel in the bed. So it does ride a little bit rough.... I have better shocks on order to try and smooth out the ride a little bit.

I'm also probably going to pull out the AAL since I don't really have that much weight even with all my camping gear.

I'm going to have to double check but if I'm remembering right I measured 31". I also have a block installed though. I have the shocks from the rough country lift and they have a ridiculous amount of extension. Just a heads up, combined with the leafs they make the rear end kind of stiff.
