    Howdy y’all new guy here 2023 taco 4x4 Trd off rd ..1 st question I tow a travel trailer and would like to be able to see Trany temp and other important info real time. I have found there are various options blue tooth etc . Wondering what other folks are using?

    I use a SGII. I've got one in all my vehicles.

    Dongle based items may work just fine, but I prefer to keep my phone free for other uses.

    Howdy y’all back again.. Today I got and installed the ScanGuage. Too easy. It looks like it doesn’t do the Trany temp unless I can figure out how to install it. They make a big deal about the fuel readings and all of that but I want to know trany temp. Have others found the install of that fairy easy or haven’t worried about it.

    You will have to hand enter "x-gauge" code.

    It is a pain, but you only have to do it once.

    Go to the SGII website, look for the x-gauge for Toyota then enter it.

    Let me see if I can find the vid for programming the code.
