I drove all the way to Gullo in Conroe - really great service, best price I could find in town. No complaints.

Good to know. The main thing that got me was just all of the problems I had with getting the registration first and plates. The title is what really upset me. Even though it didn't cost me a whole lot of money to go and actually get another one printed the deal was they made the mistake and I had to pay for it financially and time out of my day. Then had the audacity to tell me it was my fault that they had the wrong address in the system. Like I told them you sent me my hitch that I didn't get with my truck to the proper place where was the breakdown? Lol. They didn't like it too much when I told them that when they're in there Monday morning meetings jerking each other off under the table maybe they can discuss why they're going to lose business from people like myself that's a paying customer.

Glad you did actually say something to them to get them irritated, but in all actually in the end they still got their money “in cash” so they don’t care about a verbal comment. They are getting what they really want which is your money.

Either way, I just hope you enjoy the truck (the hassles are over with at this point) and you sound like you have expendable money laying around so start modding that bad boy!

Thanks. Nothing crazy on the mods yet I did go with the X3 General Grabbers though. Upgraded the door speakers and tweeters and put a tri fold bed cover. At some point I plan to do the JL stealthbox finish the audio off and will probably do the ********* 4 channel and mono amp.

Yep. Not sure where people are getting their numbers. I was looking at an off-road that was only seven grand cheaper. If I was going to completely gut it then it would have been a waste of money to buy the pro but I knew going into it the only few things I would change would be the tires and better stereo.

NOLA has a lot of Tacoma's. I've seen many SR5, Sport, Off Road, and around 10 Pro.

Here are a few pics. I pulled the grill to put the gutter screens to protect the condenser from rocks and bugs. For the door speakers I put the little Infinity emblem that came off the grills just to add a little bit of touch to it.

Gutter screens behind the grill are a good idea. Another good preventative mechanical mod is extending the rear differential breather, too.

They can ask whatever they want. Market adjustment is some BS. Sorry. Hard to find without market adjustment, but possible.

What you have is a base model pro. It's not even an auto trans. This here is my build except an 18 not 19. 48,300 without all the fees and taxes. I would say I did pretty well to only pay 700 bucks more. Basically the taxes were 3 grand and I only paid 700 of it. You got a decent deal if they absorb most of the taxes. It's hard to go much more than that. Otherwise you are severely cutting into there profit.
