    I ordered it in 2011, picked it up October 2011. I take immaculate care of it and not afraid to wheel it. Moab getting all twisted up. If you don't take care of them, they will rot away.

    If what you state in your first post is true, that you had this coating done a few months back, then it’s complete crap that your frame all the sudden went from spotless/“normal rust” as you say to this in 1 winter. The frame exhibits lack of proactive frame treatment.

    Toyota couldn’t care less about all the axles or other accoutrements as they only spray the frame. The fact your leafs, shocks, etc are also just as crusty as, if not worse than the frame tells me what you perceive as this coating killing your frame, is not a very well supported statement.
