Yeah...The kid had it coming- but there is some proportionality that comes with Castle Doctine- You can't kill a kid for getting his baseball outta your backyard.

I'm not sure that cause a guy you don't know is naked in your daughter bedroom is reason to take a pipe to his head. A simple "GTFO of my house or I will beat you sensless" might have worked a bit better- and might not have gotten the guy arrested.
