02 Pre-Runner

I am looking at some wheels for my 02 Prerunner, I have stock 16"s on it now. These are American Racing 367 series, 16x8, 6x5.5, "0" offset, center bore is 4-1/4" Will these work? I want to keep it as close to stock as I can.
