Ive purchased my last 2 set of tires at wal*mart. They are bigger than what came on the truck and I had NO problems either time. Good Year Wranglers A/T @ $57 a tire. 235 75 15s. Plus wal*mart has the LOWEST grocery prices around. Don't think so? Go to a regular grocery store and then price those same items at wal*mart.

Last time I was at wallyworld two fat women standing in line in front of me started fighting and got in each other's face. One called the other a white trash trailer bitch from the next town down the road (alot of farm fed herfers with no teeth live there.) Anyway, they had to call security to break it up...good times!! As far as the wallmart auto garage I'd never ever let them touch my rig.

These tire centers that refuse to replace tires other than original equipped size are idiots. they lose so much business with this lame policy they have. My friend owns a tire center and they always do custom jobs such as larger wheels, tires, lift lower suspension, etc. No issues what so ever.

my raft guide has a 94 xcab yota 3.0 v6 4x4, stock it came with 225/70/15 but he usually gets 235/75/15 .... i cant remember where he said he got tires the most recent time but he had to talk them into it

anyhow, i buy all of my oil, filters, wiper blades, etc at walmart ... also all my flannel came from there too haha ... oh and my sub / amp wiring kit!

futhermore on my old truck, i had just got it and had the oil changed in Elko, NV on the way to wisconsin

ended up changing it once myself while in wisconsin, then on the way home needed to be done again, so Missoula, MT hooked me up ... no problems with them at all.

Aye...Right down to the colour of the liquids...

But I did it on a military vehicle, not my Taco. I like having the big green ones to work on, so when I break it, I can just tell the mechanics that I found it like that...haha!

Walmart automotive- a perfect place to drop waste oil, that is about it for me.

Walmart provides some jobs for americans, provides lots of money for China in trade imports to the US.

Its very sad to see that most consumer products sold in Walmart are not produced in here in the US.

We have got to put Americans back to work producing our own high quaility products. China is leading the way in production of imported "consumption" goods and we are buying what they produce as fast as its produced. This trade imbalance needs to be at balanced or even reversed. We have got to wake up or we will sleep forever....ok rant over. Sorry this is just what I think of when I see Walmart signs.

Wish that tactic worked on my mechanics.

OP, why didn't you just buy the tires and go get them mounted somewhere else? :notsure:

I've checked them out at my local Walmart and they look pretty agressive, I'd be willing to try a set if I had another set of rims just because of how cheap they are.
