Anything that would cause an issue with one of your doors recently? Impact? Strong gust of wind? I'm wondering if the slightly increase force on the doors from a turn is pulling something loose.

Are all the doors fully closed? Latches nice and tight? If so could be a faulty plunger (switch) or perhaps you have a short. Wire harness could move ever so slightly and short on something. More than likely it’s just a bad or loose switch as other have said. Which door is it showing open?

Didn't someone recently have a door jamb that actually broke around where the door switch is?

Access cab? My Colorado did this all of the time if I didn't slam the passenger access cab door closed. My Tacoma has only done it once.

Oh, and the driver's door on my Tacoma flew open on me at 55 MPH, despite a lack of 'door ajar' warnings, and the door having supposedly auto-locked at 15 MPH. That woke me up on the way to work.

Heck if I know. Driver's door has always more difficult to close properly. Got in the truck one morning, closed the door, but the 'door ajar' warning came on.
I slammed the door closed and the warning went away. Pulled out of the garage, took off, the doors locked, and on the main drag to work it flew open. Luckily, since I drive a stick, my left hand was on the wheel instead of resting on the door.
