    I bought a sheet of back felt for $1, a sheet $1 of black craft foam (not sure what it's called), and a glue stick for maybe $1. Cut them to fit, glued the felt and foam together. Can't tell the difference between mine and OEM.

    So, for $3 and a little time...I have at least two dozen replacements.
