For the key cylinders that are still good, you could remove those, and get them re-keyed to match the new one.

So your saying just the locks not the whole handle? And what about the ignition?

A good locksmith can match the new door locks to your existing ignition key if needed. Price will vary anywhere from $25.00 to $100.00 + per cylinder. If you take the locks out yourself and bring them to a locksmith the labor will be much cheaper. Otherwise you will have a separate door key and a separate ignition key which was very common 20 years ago.

Whats wrong with the handles, are they broke too? Lock cylinders are separate.

Replace with oem. I've been through alot of cheapies.

Toyota can cut you a new key based on vin. Have title in hand ready to prove ownership.

Hands and lock tumblers are separate.

Old keys probably to worn to make a sure fire replacement key.
