So I was taking off the door hinge stop, on the driver side of my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I got the door side off no problem. however the nut inside the a pillar decided to break. Is there an access point on the driver side A pillar to this nut or am I just totally fucked? Any help would be greatly appreciated

The title "help" is reserved for those in actual need of help (emergency help, recovery, things where someones life may be in danger)

But to answer you question, pull off the kick panel. There is a large hole that you may be able to get a hand up there.

Otherwise you can grind the head of the bolt off, push it into the area and then use a rivet nut as a replacement.
