    Hi,
The parts are for a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 2.4. I am replacing the passenger side exterior door handle. I think I have bent the rod that goes down from the door handle to the lock so when you pull on the exterior door handle, it releases the lock to open the door. If my request is not clear, please let me know. I also need the rod for the latch inside the truck that you push down to lock the door and up to open the door. If my message is not clear, please let me know and I will try to make it clearer. I need the part number for each and where is the best place to buy these parts other than the dealer.
    Many thanks.
    George
    Stay safe!!

I don't think you can buy those kinds of parts other than from a dealer, but what do I know... Be prepared! :spending::spending:

    Junkyard?

Pretty sure the doors are the same on various models

Have you tried straightening what you have?

Have you removed both door panels to compare what exactly you need by looking at the other side? FYI those rods are very hard to bend.

I have replaced a door handle once, and the rods looked pretty hard to bend. My recommendation is remove the inside door panels on both doors and compare them to see if the one side is messed up. If you do indeed need new rods, use car-part.com or other resource to locate a truck in a junkyard that has what you need.
