2004, I need to replace the passenger side door lock. I want it to match the ignition, is this even possible?

Yes but you have to take it to a locksmith that can re-key the cylinder to match.

You can rekey them yourself if you’re patient and have the parts, but a locksmith can do it quick. I removed the cylinders from mine and brought them to the locksmith, made it really easy for him.

You know the ignition key switch has a limited lifespan.
when it goes out...you cant get your key out.....and you got to be able to put the key in to turn that to get that all apart...
without having to drill it out....

So moral of the story is correct way would to go buy a new matching pair of door cylinder locks.
And a new key ignition cylinder.

And take all that to a locksmith and he'll rekey the ignition cylinder to match the new door locks....

Its pretty common to see both the ignition switch and the key cylinder needing to be replaced in the 150K to 200K range...
    nothing last forever.....

If the truck aint that old or doesn't have many miles....then never mind......might want to just do the cheap fix.....

Then you could just take all the lock cylinders and put in new wafers.

Though I must admit I am spoiled I have no idea what real world prices might be. The Lock Smiths do Lock Work I do Fabrication it works out Going on25 years.
