door locks

    good evening i purchased a 2009 tacoma and with the key i can unlock the drivers door but not the passenger door and i can not lock the drivers door but i can the passenger door any idea?

    Changed all drain plugs to Dimple Magnetic plugs UNI filter on air pump
    If it a double cut (both sides) the cuts could be marginal cuts and the key only works on one side not both in a single lock, flip the key over and see if that cures your problem.

    I had a Ford ranger that the key wouldn't work in the drivers door lock but if i turned the key over the key would work, try another key if you haave one and see if the issue goes' away.

    I had a new key cut problem solved but with the chips and codes to the computer it can cet expensive.
