Have to use a 3rd party host, such as YouTube.
Tacomaworld doesn't currently support audio or video files.

If I were to guess, the lift arm or something is out of alignment, which in turn is rubbing the door panel.

Either that or the door panel is missing some of the clips that fasten it to the door

Or the window is off the track or something came apart and is getting pushed into the panel or ...

Just pull off the panel and look behind and put the window up and down to inspect.

The door panels are surprisingly easy to remove. Watch a couple of YT videos. You'll figure it out.

Update. I got the panel off and didn't see anything wrong while moving glass up amd down. So then put it back together and still did it but I noticed some gasket friction so decided to use aerospace 303 trim cleaner On the glass, inside along bottom edge and essentially lubricated the gasket when rolling down, and she works perfect now. I think dry gasket or sticky glass was friction enough to push outwards a bit on panel

In case anyone ever needs a reference

    Appreciate the input too

For sure, easy enough where I might remove them again sometime and grease or lube some moving parts. Didn't look terrible in there. No signs of water entry

I fixed it by just cleaning or lubing the glass, I think it was dry inner gasket or something along bottom of window. Was moving about .25" when going up or down
