door panel question

    Are the interior door panels the same size for all the different size cabs, aside from having power controls or not. Can I take a door panel from a double cab and put it on my reg cab door.

    to be more clear and hopefully get some help, can I take a front door panel from an access or double cab and put it on a regular cab?

    what do you mean, exactly? I want to know because i am converting my manual option reg cab to power options. thanks
