Anyone exerience a rattle inside the door panel with the window down and you close the door? Sounds really bad like something has broke or like the window is going to fall out of the track. Any advice, anyone ever take the door panel off?

heres the location on the 1st gens of the bolt...

it holds the track secure (and apparently they come loose pretty easy)

I had an '07, it rattled pretty bad when you shut the door, window down or not. I how have an '09. It doesn't clank/rattle when the window is up all the way but it does when the window is down.

Same here but my warranty company doesn't cover shit out of 50k because it's normal wear and tear. Why sell me a 72k warranty then? I'm a sucker

thats what im thinking...there should be a bolt SOMEWHERE that holds the window track...it sounds like the same issue at face value

mine did the same thing and i tightened down my bolt (because i have a first gen) and it fixed the issue)

On my '91 that bolt came out. I had to fix my window track and window. Oh well. It was an easy fix.
