Door Panel Refinishing Help

My white 2003 DCSB has a blue interior. The door panels were painted blue over the gray vinyl, and after 15 years, a lot of the paint on the panels has worn off.



I have checked out paints from Duplicolor, SEM, & Rust-oleum, but their available colors do not match my interior. I think COLORBOND could match it, but that brand is not available where I live. My local auto paint place said they could match the color, but they do not have a base for painting vinyl.
Any suggestions from you paint gurus out there ??

sem it as close as you can. use the adhesion promoter and cleaner. nothing but good things to say about sem

 

If it were me, I'd just replace them to match the rest of the unpainted interior.
