    I don't plan to use a heat gun or anything that aggressive. I just put the heater on max and aimed it at the area that needs to conform back to its original spot and it has already started to settle back down. It hasnt gone down all the way but its 90% there. Im pretty sure it just needs more massaging lol.

    You need a little direct heat from a heat un or hair drier and then cool it down with a spray bottle of water or a cold wet rag.
