I can try and find it. Basically you take something like 1/4" tubing and stick it between the weather stripping along the top of the door. The extra pressure prevents the seal from squealing.

I came up with the fix that toyota now uses on the TSB door seals, ever since i did it i have been kazoo free (almost 4 years now).

hardware store, 3 bucks for 1/4in dripper pipe 50ft roll, cut 3 pieces that run the length of the front and top of the door and put the 3 pieces in each of the folds (you can actually get away with 2 on the inner most and outer most fold not the center)..... 5 min of your time and 3 bucks.... cost more in gas and time to go through the dealership which puts on seals with the same exact fix.

This is what I'm gonna do. I'd rather do this than try and deal with the dealership.

I went down to lowes and bought a 20' roll of 1/4" clear tubing for $5. Put it between the door seal and door frame. Now I just need a windy day to see if it works.

I have to tell on myself, first time I heard this loud squealing sound, kind of spooked me. What the heck was that?

Don't hear it much, so haven't done anything yet. But I have 1/4" weather strip I can drop in there when I feel the urge.

It occurs on my 2014 AC. I used the 1/4" drip line fix. It works but a real TSB fix would be ideal.

Lol well next time it happens push on the top middle of the windshield while it's happening, if it changes pitch that's where it's coming from. Mine was hard to pinpoint too until I figured that out.

Did you have to have them recreate the sound? They replaced my driver's side door no problem. But won't replace the passenger side without recreation of the sound.

The dealer was unable to recreate the sound on their test drive. However I was able to talk them into replacing both sides anyway.
