So, in the 4 months I've had my truck, I've managed to scracth the piss out of my driver side door sill. I bought some door sill protectors off ebay, but I'm wondering what I can do to fix the scratches other than touch up. I was thinking of scuffing up the area and then spraying with some clear to prevent it form rusting. What do yall think?

I was concerned about this myself. I think I will have them put a Rhino lining type treatment on mine when they get scratched up.

I just waxed over the sills and am not going to worry about the scratches until I see some sign of rust forming.
