    This. Been using picardin or icaridin (just different trade names) sprays for the last two years. Never got bitten while wheeling and camping.

    It's available in a spray bottle below 100 mL, so you can pack it in your carry-on luggage when flying. e.g. https://www.walmart.com/ip/SP543-Pr...r-Effective-Yellow-By-3-Ounce-Spray/757165307
