I've been using 500ml disposable bottles but trying to be responsible by refilling them.

    upload_2023-12-2_15-38-5.png

But they are so flimsy and the cap is really small and not ideal to unscrew when I'm driving. The bottles also make a loud "snap" sound when driving down in elevation as the bottle compresses, which drove me nuts until I figured out what the sound was.

The, recently I happened to get some Core Hydration bottles in two sizes that fit perfectly in the door. They carry 1.5x more water. These are much more heavy duty and have a larger cap that is easier to handle when driving. They also don't make that annoying "snap" sound.

    These are 20oz (594ml) and 30.4oz (900ml).

I don't put anything in the door, it's too small to hold anything for me.
My water bottle is too big for any of those cup holders.

I carry a bowie knife wrapped in a hand towel to keep it from rattling on the drivers side,
on the passenger side I keep a small emergency medical kit that fits nicely in there.

Rear ( Access Cab ) doors house small hand towels and extra pair or two of sox... I hate wet sox LOL

Often, the people who bitch about $4.00/gallon gas (rightfully so) are the same one's who will gladly pay $2-3 for a 16oz bottle of "spring" water (which equates to $16-$24/gallon.

Growing up in the Great Lakes State, I never imagined I would buy water. But I also don’t understand people paying $8.00 for a cup of coffee.
