    Alright folks.
Took Door apart to apply sound dampening and upgraded speakers. Now after assembly and door is closed it will not open from the outside or the inside while unlocked.
The inside problematic door handle has less travel when compared to the other functioning ones.
The door lock seems to actuate correctly.

Anybody have any ideas of how to get out of this ?

Without taking it in to the shop.
    Thanks!

There were two cables in the door to manipulate the lock and door. One is green and one is white. Based on what you're saying about length of travel, it sounds like you accidentally swapped them (assuming the little ball at the end could fit in either hole... giggity).

You must have bumped loose a connection near the door latch somehow if it affected both handles. I honestly don't know how to tell you to open it again with everything back in place, but something got bumped somehow. good luck. this ones going to be frustrating.

The door lock actuates on the problematic door. When pressed from the driver or key fob lock unlock. I am trying to figure out how to Jimmy the door open. Maybe the cable got bound up upon assembly? Or came loose entirely. The strange part is the length of travel is reduced by about 50% thank you all for your input thus far. I will check out that link

I just tried washing the outside.
    Nothing…
Gonna grab a beer , put on some tunes so I can enjoy the new speakers and take the door handle apart.
See if I can fish something down in there

The ball is in the hole…
My guess.. it came out of the clips like Brandon suggested.
Still stumped on fix at this point.

OK… After I made that last post about the ball being in the hole. I tried the handle and It opened the door. Going to take the panel off and see what Fuckery is going on. Thank you everyone for your prompt responses. I appreciate this community and all it has to offer

Great attitude boss! Let us know when you figure out that fuckery. This kind of stuff can be annoying but you seem to be taking it in stride.

The door cable will initially click into place. But it is not fully seated at this point. It must be pressed firmly until two clicks are heard. I think I limp wristed it into place. As for why the door randomly opened I have no idea. Luck
